The beauty of Marriage
I remember when I used to get jealous when going to a wedding. Sometimes I was even mad at God. I was so specific on what I thought my future husband was going to be like and ofcourse...I didn't find him for a long time. The fact was, I didn't need to search to find. But before I realised that, I was frustrated and sometimes sad. I remember one time leaving a wedding early, crying in my car asking God why it was so difficult for me to be alone. I so desperatly wanted someone to share my heart with on a deeper level and be a team for God. God learned me to be alone with Him and to be honest He is still learning me this on another level.
But nowadays I don't cry on weddings (except when it's soooo emotional). I know for a fact that God is in control and I don't need to be frustrated, or anxious, or scared, because God will work this out. And this saturday was one of the best weddings everrrr! A good friend on mine got married and it was such a blessing to be a guest. I helped the photographer out with some details and putting the dress in order before the pictures where taken. I tried her cam for a minute...if there was one thing I got jealous about on this wedding it has to be that camera. Canon 5D mark II with an awesome lens.
But yeah...I didn't really have the time to make pictures so I didn't make that many pictures. Which I (deeeeeeply) regret now. And I am normally a person of commitment but I'm sorry that I want to divorce from my camera...it's just not working for me. I don't really have a big budget but I'm looking around for a cam that will fit me better than this one.
But for whats worth, here some shots. Enjoy.

Home is where love is.
Pfff, this has been such a crazy week. So much to do, not so many time to do it! Also the good and nice stuff that keeps us busy can exhaust us. I have such a problem with sitting still. I just wanna spend every second of my life just DOING something. Feeling like I'm using every minute. Sometimes my Jesus calls me back from it, we tend to forget that rest is very useful.
With the season me and Aaron are in right now, we are having trouble seeing the big picture. We know God put us together, we know he has a goal...we pray and we see blessings. But just that one direction...that one word we are still waiting for: "GO!". We are sitting on the edge of our seats looking at God's closed hands as He has them right in front of us...in His hands is this plan...we know it's there....but we can't see it until He opens His hands up. I can see His face...how He's smiling, looking like He's up to something. I can see how He looks at us while our eyes are focussed on his hands for Him to open it. He can't wait...we can't wait...but He will open it when the time is right.
And we as little children have to trust our Daddy. That He knows best, He loves us, He has His plan for us. My dear Daddy, He is so caring and so patient with us. We do count our blessings.
And than sometimes I just have to keep up the dreaming so I won't drown in my own plans, or thoughts on what things are NOT working (and trust me a lot isn't working for us right now). Someday I hope to have that life with Aaron, to start a family. So here is my inspiration for our future home! Aaron and I agreed that I'm in hand of the styling..he get's one room to do with it what he wants (good deal if you ask me). I have a very diverse taste and I know our home won't look like anything I've put in here...haha! There only three things I am hoping for in a home; big windows, hardwood floors, paintable walls.

Having a good time
Had a good time with my sister today :) It's so funny how we difference from appearance and don't really look a like in any way, but our humor is steadfast the same. I love it how we just can make weird faces and noises (example: we drove trough a parking building today where you cannot honk your horn, we rolled down the windows and made honk noises by mouth). I love the way we an be when we're together. It always brings life. We went photographing with the canon Eos 400D. Very bright day today!

Light + 4000 viewers makes me happy!
Celebration! I'm over 4000 viewers :) that makes me happy!
Tonight I came home and I did so much wanted to make pictures. But I was lazy, very lazy and did not wanna go outside. Neither did I have a model. So I did what every crazy person would do and I made pictures of myself. I think I need to buy a model so I can use her to test light.
This time I was shooting with a canon eos 400D with EF 55 mm lens. Ofcourse I had trouble focusing because I didn't have anything as high as me to focus on and than stand into place. Ah well...I did like the light coming from the outside and later also light came from the other side. I did not use RAW which I bitterly regret right now (oke not bitterly but I do regret is...yes sorry master Sam). Also I did crop the photo's and they turned out not so good in quality. But as said I am lazy and I need some sleep I think you guys get it about the light ;)
GOODNIGHT!
